Samantha is a leadership guru who has  built leadership capabilities for  organizations for over 20 years. Her areas of expertise include: building talent and leadership infrastructures, executive assessments and coaching, succession planning, effective leadership transitions, team leadership development, career development, organization effectiveness, influencing engagement and culture change through the enhancement of leadership quality.

Before launching her consulting practice, Samantha held senior roles in Executive Development, Talent Management and Organization Development at Gap Inc. and Dimension Data. She was also a management consultant with Towers Watson, Aon/Hewitt, CRT and ZIA Group.

Samantha holds several certifications and expertise in developmental tools such as Birkman, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Hogan Development Survey. Her Transitioning Executive Leaders (TEL) and leadership pipeline for succession methodologies are custom-designed in conjunction with leadership development programs to support clients’  executive succession, human capital risk management and effective leadership role transitions. Samantha earned a Masters in International Labor Relations and Human Resources at the Carlson School of Management, including a globally focused Economics program at the Vienna University of Economics. Her Bachelors Degrees in Economics and Communication were received from the University of Arizona.
