With over two decades of executive search experience, Cydnee serves as a trusted advisor to global foundations, nonprofits, and corporations seeking to engage leaders who will reimagine their operating models and raise the performance bar.  She is an expert in leading complex searches for C-suite executives and their direct reports as well as founder transitions. She founded The Dubrof Group in 2011 to provide custom executive search services to clients who are seeking exceptional leadership.  She also advises mid-career and senior executives on career transitions.

Prior to launching The Dubrof Group, Cydnee led the international search initiative and high impact domestic assignments at The Bridgespan Group, an affiliate of Bain & Company.  At the onset of her career, Cydnee worked with Coopers & Lybrand where she earned a CPA as a tax accountant and later managed the Community and Government Affairs Division for the Atlanta office.

Cydnee earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in International Relations and a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University. She is an active volunteer in her community and has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations including Hands on Atlanta, The American Jewish Committee, The Temple, The Anti-Defamation League and the Advisory Board of the Tony Award-winning Alliance Theatre. She volunteers with Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta and serves on the board of the Theatrical Outfit in Atlanta.
