Lisa previously recruited C-suite executives for Heidrick & Struggles in Los Angeles with a focus on healthcare services. Earlier in her career she managed investments for foundations and high net worth individuals with JP Morgan’s Private Bank in Los Angeles. She also was selected for JP Morgan’s management training program with projects in New York and London, reporting directly to the CIO of JP Morgan Europe.

Lisa has extensive marketing experience in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors, working with the GRAMMY Foundation, National Association of Social Workers, MENTOR and Wipe Out Kids Cancer. She created and implemented college preparatory programs for underserved youth in Los Angeles and provided counseling for women and children in a Hollywood domestic violence shelter. In addition, she developed and delivered a 10-week program for her clients entitled Coping Through Music.

Lisa graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and earned a Master of Social Work from UCLA with a focus on Organizations, Communities and Policy. While at UCLA she wrote and recorded a full-length album called Attachment Theory to enrich families through music.
